Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Cyprus and 3–7 business days for Greece.

After dispatch you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
As a registered user, you can also enable order tracking directly from your account to follow your shipment in real time.
You may return any item within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unaltered condition and original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For card payments (Stripe), the refund is returned to the original card — the actual appearance on your statement may take up to 10 business days depending on your card issuer.
Returns are not accepted for items that have been used, altered, or are missing their original packaging.
